Journey to Safety | Response to Domestic Abuse (In Person)

While physical violence is often an important piece of a person’s story, domestic abuse is really about controlling behavior. TBE Congregants for Reproductive Justice partner with Jewish Family & Children’s Services and the National Council of Jewish Women-MA to offer a three-part workshop series. TBE is hosting session two of that series, titled “Living with Trauma, Seeking Answers: One Family’s Quest for Accountability and Justice.” In this session, a speaker will share her journey of advocating for justice, moving through life as a trauma survivor, and reflecting on what she wishes she had known about domestic abuse many years ago.

You do not need to attend other workshops to attend this session. The other workshops are on December 8, 2024 (location TBA) and February 2, 2025 (Newton). For more information and to register for all three sessions, please go to https://ncjwma.org/calendar/
